Dear Valued Clients,
We know that you are being inundated with information regarding COVID-19 and the steps various companies are taking to combat the spread of the virus. Cypress Dog and Cat Hospital is committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients, patients, staff and community. We have implemented the following procedures in response:
⦁At this time 2 clients are allowed inside the facility for appointments. Clients are required to wear a mask inside at all times regardless of vaccination status.
⦁ We suggest you to please respect the 'social distancing' recommendations and maintain a distance of 6 feet from others and refrain from shaking hands.
⦁ We request if clients are ill to not come in but authorize another person on their account so their pet can be treated.
⦁ We request you to please clean your carrier, leash and collar as carefully as possible before arriving with an alcohol-based solution.
⦁ We recommend utilizing our online pharmacy for refills on prescription food or medications. Use code: 10CHARM for 10% off order.
